Q. Do I need a visa to travel to the UAE?

Visa requirements for any destination depend on local regulations and vary according to which passport you are travelling on. Visit our inbound visa page for specific information.

Q. Who is eligible for “Visa on Arrival”?

If your country of nationality appears on the list below, no advance visa arrangements are required to visit the UAE. Simply disembark your flight at Dubai International Airport and proceed to Immigration desk, where your passport will be stamped with a 30 day tourist visa.

In addition to nationals of the countries listed above, citizens of the GCC nations of Bahrain, Kuwait, Oman, Qatar and Saudi Arabia are eligible for the visa on arrival at Dubai International Airport.

Travelers from countries not listed above will need to arrange a visa in advance of travel.

Q.How many days prior to the date of travel can I individually apply or process the visa application?

Passenger can apply for his/ her visa maximum of 2 weeks prior to the date of travel. As the validity of the visa is 60 days from the date of issue.

Q.What type of visa is it?

The tourist visa is an electronic visa and the soft copy of the visa will be mailed to you or can be collected from our office where visa was applied and it is mandatory to carry a hard copy of your visa.

Q.What is the difference between a UAE tourist and UAE business visa?

United Arab Emirates visas are issued according to the purpose of the trip; choose the visa that best describes your trip. Activities which require a UAE Tourist Visa: tourism trip; visits to relatives or friends; scientists, professors or researchers attending cultural, technological or scientific conferences, seminars or meetings (services provided must not be paid by organizations/corporations in United Arab Emirates, except reimbursement for expenses or per diem allowances); unpaid participation in athletic or performing arts events or competitions. Tourist visa holders are not allowed to engage in any paid activity in United Arab Emirates.

Activities which require a UAE Business Visa: business trips except when the trip involves the provision of technical assistance services of any nature.

Q.Is it single or multiple entry visas?

There is a single entry visas for 14/30/90 days and multiple entry visa for  6 month.

Q.What is the processing time for a Tourist Visa?

The processing time for an application is 3-4 working days.

Q.How to apply for Dubai Visa?

Q.Can I apply for Dubai multiple entry visa?

Yes, you can apply for Dubai multiple entry visa. Multiple entry visa cannot be extended furthermore.

Q.Is it possible to extend the single visa?

There is no more visa extension process in the UAE. You can apply only for single entry visas for 14/30/90 days or you can apply for multiple entry visa for 6 month.

Q.Can we use Dubai visa in Abu Dhabi and other cities?

Dubai visa valid for: Abu Dhabi, Sharjah, Ajman, Umm Al Quwain, Ras Al Khaimah and Fujairah and all areas within United Arab Emirates. You can land by sea, air, land and use the e-visa that you will receive from us by email.

Q.How can I receive my visa after approval?

Dubai visa is an electronic online visa document that will be sent to you by email and you have to print it and show wherever it is required.

Q.Do children or infants need a visa?

Yes, all passengers, including children and infants on a parent’s passport, must have a visa to enter the UAE. This also includes infants travelling on their parents’ laps.

Q.Are the visa fees same for infants and adults?

Yes, the visa fees are same for infant’s (if he or she has own passport) and adult passengers.

Q.What is visa refundable deposit process for my application?

After evaluation of your documents, we will send you an email, do we require a security deposit or not. The security deposit is an amount payable by residents of certain countries. The system will automatically include the security deposit in amount of AED 5000 (USD 1320), based on your country of residence, and it will be refunded once the applicant has left Dubai or UAE and the immigration authorities record your departure.

Q.Why was my visa application rejected?

Unfortunately, the UAE authorities do not inform us about reasons for rejecting visa applications, so we cannot provide specific reasons why your application was rejected.

Q.Will my visa fee be refunded if my application was rejected?

No, the UAE immigration authorities do not refund visa fees for unsuccessful applications and a copy of refused letter will be provided to the client. If you paid a security deposit, this will be refunded within 3-4 working days of the application being returned. You can check with your bank or card provider to confirm the refund. Please note that, if you paid by credit card, the refund may be shown on your next month’s statement.

Q.If my visa application was rejected, can I apply again?

No, you cannot apply again through the UAE online visa application service but we can double check the rejection reason and in case, the system required additional documents, we can resubmit your application again.

Q.What is available mode of payment?

You can pay the visa fee in cash at the time of submission at our office or choose credit card transaction form where you can transfer money to our company account.

Q.Can I leave an airport when transiting through Dubai?

This depends on the nationality stated in your passport and on the length of your stop in Dubai. Travelers of most nationalities require visas to enter Dubai but regulations frequently change, so if you wish to leave the airport while in transit through Dubai, please check your visa requirements with your local UAE embassy before you start your journey. Travelers of certain nationalities may obtain visas at the airport on arrival. If you are travelling via Dubai airport and do not have a wish to come out of the airport and having a connecting flight to another destination you don’t require a visa, however if you have enough time and wish to go out of the airport you have to apply for transit visa.

Q.What is the difference between Visa validity and duration?

Validity refers to the amount of time before a travel document expires. Duration refers to the maximum stay in a country that is permitted on a visa.
